Dealers joining conditions


(一)Supermarket Selection Criteria


● Dealers are organizations and enterprises with independent civil liability actions;

● Dealers should be consistent with Baby-Joy culture, interested, capable, confident, and willing to join hands with the company to contribute to the development of China's baby undertakings;

● Top three large local supermarkets department system with at least 30 stores ;

● Shop area should be more than 1,000 square meters with high product variety and customer flow;

● Payment period should not be more than 60 days;

● No outstanding account or other bad record is allowed;

● Number of annual promotion activities should be at least six.


(二) channel dealers selection criteria


1、KA channel dealers selection criteria

● Dealers should be organization, enterprises or individuals that have independent civil liability actions;

● Dealers should be consistent with Baby-Joy culture, interested, capable, confident, and willing to join hands with the company to contribute to the development of China's baby undertakings;

● KA channels should be specialized in food, leisure products, milk powder and other FMCG agency and distribution and familiar with operation methods of KA;

● Dealers should have relatively sound management philosophy and regulations;

● Sales network covers more than two-thirds of the area’s KA system;

● Existing credit record has no bad record such as outstanding accounts;

● Dealers should have at least four delivery vehicles and four sales persons;

● Other products of agents do not affect our product sales revenue.

2、Distribution channel dealer selection criteria

● Dealer should be organizations, enterprises and individuals with independent civil liability actions;

● Dealers should be consistent with Baby-Joy culture, interested, capable, confident, and willing to join hands with the company to contribute to the development of China's baby undertakings;

● Dealers should be specialized in food, leisure products, milk powder and other FMCG agency and distribution, familiar with operation method of distribution channels;

● Dealers should have relatively sound management philosophy and regulations ;

● Existing channel network reaches more than 3000;

● No outstanding account or other bad record is allowed;

● Dealers should have at least two delivery vehicles and two sales persons;

● Other products of agents do not affect our product sales revenue.


(三)Key investment attraction range


Zhejiang, jiangsu, henan, anhui regional markets,Beijing, shenyang, Harbin and other regional markets.
